There may be a wait of up to a week for items being shipped.

No charges will be made to your card until the items are shipped.

Returns

Refund / Return Policy Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives.

All claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order, and all returns must be sent within 14 of notification of the claim. Any return sent after this time period will be refused and returned to sender.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated by the shopping cart based on your location, weight of items and the shipping method you chose.

International Orders

Some International orders may be charged extra for customs. This is a tax most governments charge their citizens on imported goods. Though not every package will get charged these taxes, it is a possibility when ordering any goods from overseas. This is not a charge from us, but a charge from your countries government, and sadly is something we have no control over.

Canceling orders

Orders can not be canceled once the items have been shipped.

To say "thank you!" for shopping with us, as a registered customer, every time you log in and spend $1 on either Candy Violet or Cute Salad you earn 1 point, 20 points is equal to $1 you can use towards future purchases from either label! (point system maybe subject to change)

Why does the shopping cart/ invoice show as Vivcore? Vivcore is our umbrella company and all Vivcore brands share the same shopping cart.

How much is Shipping? The shopping cart calculates shipping to where ever you are in the US or internationally.

Do You Ship Internationally? We ship any where in the world! Just place your order through our shopping cart and select your country to find out shipping costs.

What payment do you accept? We take Visa and Mastercard.

Do you take paypal? I am sorry we do not accept paypal

Can I pay By Check? I'm afraid we no longer take payment by check or money order. Although we had plenty of orders placed for these payment options very very few people ever actually paid, which made accounting and keeping track of legitimate and none legitimate orders very difficult.

As a result we can now only accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. I am so sorry.

I'm a little unsure about shopping online, is your server secured? Once you go through to the checkout, you will notice the address changes from http: to https: to show it is a secure server.

I know some people are still a little hesitant to use their cards online, another option is the Visa Gift Card this will essentially work like a credit card, but only have as much money on it as you want to be there, this way there is no way any one will ever have access to your bank account, and it will work through the site just like a credit card.

I'm to young for a credit card, how I can I purchase from you? I know we have a few customers who have family members who place orders on their behalf. Another option is the Visa Gift Card this will essentially work like a credit card, you put a certain amount of cash on it, and you can buy them at your local bank much like a postal order.
